In the news section you can keep everyone up to date on what is going on in your
social, recreational, and business world all at the same time. News can be used
for just about anything. Hit insert, and begin filling in the proper fields
such as title, picture, headline, and body of the news.

- Click
on -news- on the upper navigation panel to enter the "news" control pannel
- Here
you will insert, delete or update the news section of your site
- Click
on -insert- to begin inserting a new News page onto your website
- Fill
out the following fields:
- Index - Mainly used for editing your website, this number will decide which pages will be displayed first when viewing your pages in our Portal 2.0 back end system
- Date - Choose what date you would like to be displayed with your News
- Tag - This will decide what the link in the URL bar will be
- Visibility - Here you will decide whether guest, visitors, or community members can or cannot view your newly created News page
- Title - This will display the title of your News page at the top of visitors web browsers
- Picture - Choose a picture for which you would like to be displayed with your News posting
- Fill
out the headline - This will display a headline in big bold lettering at the top of your News page
- Fill
out the description - This should be a short enticing description to help draw visitors into your News page and read your content
- Click
-insert- at the upper right hand portion of the window - Doing so will instantly create and update your News page with the content you have just entered
